| What is an ISBN? |
|
An ISBN is an International Standard Book Number. An ISBN is a ten-digit code used to identify a book. Each book has its own ISBN. You can find the ISBN on the back of a book near the barcode or on the copyright page.
Always enter the ISBN without dashes and don't leave off the leading zeros. Sometimes an ISBN can end with an X.
In the example below, the ISBN is 0072229691.

| How can I reprint my packing list or shipping label? |
| At the top of each page is a "Buyback Status" button. You can use this to check the status of your buybacks as well as
to re-print your packing slip and shipping label. For security, you will need the confirmation number from you buyback and the email address you gave
when you checked out. A link to the Buyback Status, as well as your confirmation number, was emailed to you upon checkout.

| How do you determine the price you will pay me for my books? |
| Our price quotes are based on the nationwide demand for the book and current stock availability. However, the buyback prices quoted at checkout are guaranteed only if your books are shipped within 7 days. |
| Do I have to pay for shipping? |
| No! Not if you use our prepaid label and the U.S. Postal Service. We have prepaid for your shipping. Be sure to print the prepaid mailing label and attach it to the package you are sending your books in. If you do not use the prepaid mailing label we provide, you must ship the books at your own expense. |
| Will you accept books in any condition? |
| No. We cannot accept books that are water damaged, have missing pages, or excessive highlighting or underlining. Study guides, lab manuals, and other fill-in books cannot have answers written in them. |
| What do you do with unacceptable books? Are they returned? |
| We will attempt to contact you if we find your book is unacceptable, so please make sure your name, address, phone number and email address are correct and up-to-date. If you want your book back, we will ask that you send us a money order in the amount of $3 per book. If we do not hear from you or receive the money order after two weeks, the book(s) will be discarded. |
| Do I have to include the software that came with my book? |
| We prefer that books sold to us include the original software. The listing of the books should indicate whether software (or other additional materials) are required. If you do not include the requested additional material(such as software, lab manuals or study guides) your books may be deemed unacceptable. |
| When will I receive my check? |
| We will mail you your check within two business days of receiving your books. Please keep in mind we are at the mercy of the US Postal Service. There is nothing we can do to get your book here faster. |
